These Terms of Service apply when you access or use the VenomSurveys website, create an account, complete surveys, earn VenomBux or request a reward.
By creating an account or using VenomSurveys, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. About VenomSurveys
VenomSurveys is an online rewards platform that allows eligible users to complete surveys and other available activities in exchange for VenomBux.
VenomSurveys may work with third-party survey, offerwall, advertising, identity-verification and reward providers. Those providers may have their own terms and eligibility requirements.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before using VenomSurveys.
Some surveys, offers or reward methods may have a higher minimum age. You must comply with any age, location or eligibility requirements displayed by the relevant provider.
You must not use VenomSurveys where doing so would break the law or the rules of a third-party provider.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Each person may operate only one account unless VenomSurveys has given written permission otherwise.
You must contact us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account.
5. Surveys and offers
Survey and offer availability depends on factors such as your location, demographic profile and the requirements of third-party providers. We do not guarantee that any particular number of surveys or offers will be available.
You must answer honestly and carefully. A survey provider may reject or disqualify a response if you do not meet its criteria, provide inconsistent answers, rush through questions or fail its quality checks.
VenomSurveys is not responsible for a third party deciding that you do not qualify for or have not successfully completed a survey or offer. We may investigate disputed completion information where suitable evidence is available.
6. VenomBux
VenomBux are internal reward points used within VenomSurveys. The current standard conversion rate is:
VenomBux are not a bank deposit, cryptocurrency or legal tender. They cannot be transferred between users, sold or exchanged outside the methods made available by VenomSurveys.
We may correct a balance where points were credited by mistake, duplicated, obtained through prohibited activity or reversed by a survey or offer provider.
We will give reasonable notice before making a significant change to the conversion rate, except where an urgent change is required because of fraud, provider changes, legal requirements or a technical error.
7. Rewards and withdrawals
Reward options, minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times will be shown when you request a withdrawal. Availability may differ by country or account.
We may review a withdrawal before approving it. This may include checking survey completion records, account activity, identity, payment details and compliance with these terms.
You are responsible for entering accurate reward or payment details. VenomSurveys may be unable to recover a reward sent using incorrect information supplied by you.
Processing estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of security reviews, third-party providers, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Prohibited activity
You must not:
- Create or control multiple accounts.
- Provide false or misleading account information.
- Use a VPN, proxy or location-spoofing service to avoid rules.
- Use bots, scripts, automation or artificial traffic.
- Submit dishonest, random or deliberately inconsistent answers.
- Manipulate survey or offer tracking systems.
- Use another person's identity or payment information.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Exploit bugs, errors or security weaknesses.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Use VenomSurveys for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
9. Account restrictions and termination
We may temporarily restrict, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that:
- These terms have been broken.
- Fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred.
- The account creates a security or legal risk.
- A survey or reward provider has reported invalid activity.
- We are required to act by law or a competent authority.
During an investigation, withdrawals may be paused. Points linked to fraud, abuse, reversals or invalid completions may be removed.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain the decision and allow you to contact us about it. We may withhold details where revealing them could undermine fraud prevention, security or a legal obligation.
10. Closing your account
You may ask us to close your account by contacting us. You should request any eligible reward before closing your account.
Any unused VenomBux may be lost when an account is permanently closed, subject to applicable law and any unresolved withdrawal or account investigation.
11. Third-party services
VenomSurveys may display surveys, offers or services operated by third parties. We do not control every part of those services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability or privacy practices.
You should read the terms and privacy information presented by a third-party provider before using its service.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep VenomSurveys available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, updates, provider changes or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Intellectual property
The VenomSurveys name, branding, design, software and original website content belong to VenomSurveys or its licensors.
You may use the website only for personal, lawful use. You must not copy, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any protected part of the service without permission.
14. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VenomSurveys is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost opportunities, loss caused by incorrect information supplied by you, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, our providers or legal requirements change.
The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Where a change significantly affects users, we will provide reasonable notice through the website or account contact details.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you additional rights.
Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes relating to these terms.
